DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Service Desk work orders and provide remote support to assist in computer related issues.
- Troubleshoot computer problems.
- Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
- Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
- Travel to company locations as needed.
- Document resolutions for future reference.
- Provide hardware and software installations.
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in computer systems or equivalent work experience as a computer support specialist
- Advanced knowledge of company supported applications. Ability to learn and support new applications. Work with staff; requires interpersonal skills.
