Job Title Computer Technician Assistant*
Location Austin,TX*
*Position is based out of Austin, TX

Shifts hiring Part-time


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Service Desk work orders and provide  remote support to assist in computer related issues.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
  • Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
  • Travel to company locations as needed.
  • Document resolutions for future reference.
  • Provide hardware and software installations.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of an associate’s degree in computer systems or equivalent work experience as a computer support specialist
  • Advanced knowledge of company supported applications. Ability to learn and support new applications. Work with staff; requires interpersonal skills.
